1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope
Welcome to AdivasiRista.com (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”), operated from Tupia, Sonitpur, Assam, India. By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or subscribing to any paid plan on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Eligibility & Sole Matrimonial Purpose
AdivasiRista is exclusively an indigenous matrimonial matchmaking service. By registering, you warrant and represent that:
- You are of legal marriageable age under Indian law (minimum 18 years for females, 21 years for males).
- You are legally competent to contract a marriage (Unmarried, legally divorced with valid court decree, or widowed).
- Your profile is created solely for the purpose of seeking a solemnized life partner and not for casual dating, commercial solicitation, harassment, or financial gain.
- You belong to or are seeking connection within Adivasi / Scheduled Tribe lineages with genuine respect for customs and traditions.
3. Truthful Profile Information & Government ID Submission
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all information, marital status declarations, education, profession, and photographs submitted are 100% accurate and authentic. In accordance with platform security and Indian IT Rules:
- Impersonation, uploading photos of third parties without explicit authorization, or falsifying community heritage is strictly forbidden and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
- Members submit proof of government identity for manual verification. We do not publicly display ID scans; verification badges reflect internal compliance review.
4. Prohibited Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Abuse Policy
Users expressly agree NOT to:
- Use automated scripts, web scrapers, or bots to harvest phone numbers, photos, or personal data from the platform.
- Send obscene, threatening, defamatory, or racially/ethnically insensitive messages or photos to any member.
- Solicit money, loans, or matrimonial dowry from any member (Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 compliance).
- Share or resell verified contact details obtained through a paid subscription to unauthorized third parties.
5. Subscription Plans, Pricing & Non-Refundability
Subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium, Elite) provide digital access privileges (unmasked mobile contacts, WhatsApp 1-click connect, unblurred photo viewing). As all services are digital and delivered immediately upon payment, all transactions are subject to our strict Return & Refund Policy (non-refundable with service continuity extension).
6. Limitation of Liability & Independent Due Diligence
AdivasiRista.com serves as an introductory matchmaking facilitator. While we enforce mandatory ID review and profile shielding, users and families are strongly advised to independently verify matrimonial candidates, family backgrounds, and legal status prior to any matrimonial commitment. AdivasiRista.com shall not be held liable for personal disputes, marital outcomes, or off-platform interactions.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to AdivasiRista.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sonitpur / Guwahati, Assam.
